For 13 years, I lived with Binge Eating Disorder—trapped in food obsession, body dissatisfaction, and endless diet traps disguised as “healthy lifestyles”. My self-recovery journey taught me what doesn’t work—and what truly does.

As a dietitian, It hurts to see so many clients struggling with the same cycle, wondering why willpower and “healthy habits” weren’t enough.

That’s why I’m dedicated to helping people break free from binge eating, emotional eating, and overeating—regaining confidence around food and their bodies without restriction or guilt. No more diet traps. No more feeling helpless. Just lasting food freedom.
